'Montali Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil obtained only from olives harvested from certain olive groves both secular and more recent, which represent and characterize our company and which for us have a particular meaning.
"Montali" is an oil produced in limited quantities, unfiltered, obtained from olives of Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, Dolce Agogia harvested by hand (generally) between mid-October and mid-November. Harvesting takes place earlier than the olives we partly use for Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil but this allows us to obtain an oil with valuable organoleptic characteristics and a high content of natural antioxidants.
