Wine Tasting: the pleasure to taste glass after glass
To disconnect from the daily routine and savor unique and genuine pleasures, there is nothing better than a dynamic and engaging food and wine tour! We are talking about tasting routes organized by Enoteca Properzio every day, all year round (upon reservation), to discover the excellence of the wine and culinary world made in Italy.
In particular, we are talking about “Discover Umbria” and “Tour of Italy”, two tasting tours defined by two key words: quality and involvement, for a 360 ° sensory experience.
The first dish (we can guess from the name) is dedicated to the products of “Italy’s Green Heart”, as the region is defined, and proposes the best products of the typical local cuisine, such as legumes and olive oil of excellence, but also cheeses and, of course, wine.
From the appetizer to the dessert, each course is combined with a particular wine in order to further enhance the dish you are savoring, in the company of an expert sommelier ready to explain and present the characteristics of each label. To complete the Umbrian delights try the delicious cantucci and passito.
The second route, instead, is a real tasting journey from the North to the South of our peninsula. During this “Tour of Italy”, we will ‘metaphorically’ pass through a number of regions famous throughout the world for the quality of their traditional products: the prized truffle of Acqualagna, the famous Tuscan Chianina, and many delicious cheeses, flagship of the Belpaese.
In combination with the various courses: some of the best national wines especially selected by Enoteca Properzio, ready to amaze in a blaze of taste and flavor and capable of delighting the palates during this three-hour experience.
