Intense ruby red color. To the nose you will find ripe fruit and raisins, with great structure, always supported by a very present but velvety tannins, with an acidity that keeps the product fresh. Scent of dried fruits, intense, with spicy notes until you get to balsamic and liquorice. Note the toasting of the wood that never goes to overpower the fruit of the wine.
Wine for red meat and to sip as meditation wine at the end of the meal.
