General conditions of sale

Orders sent by the customer to Enoteca Properzio must be completed in full to ensure the products are shipped to the specified location.
Enoteca Properzio will send the customer an email with a receipt for their order. It is the customer's responsibility to check for any errors in the order information and promptly report them to the staff.
Enoteca Properzio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any orders received.
All products listed on Enoteca Properzio are actually available at our premises.
Enoteca Properzio guarantees that the products delivered will be identical to those listed on the website.

Customer rights

confirmation of the existence of sensitive information concerning him/her, even if not yet catalogued, and communication in an intelligible form of such data and its origin, the purposes and methods of processing, as well as the logic on which the processing is based;
the identification details of the owner and the person responsible;
