Time and costs
Delivery is scheduled within 24 to 48 hours throughout Italy, and up to 72 hours to Italian islands (unless express shipping is requested for an additional fee; we only provide this service within Italy).
For all European Union countries, delivery times are 7 business days; for the USA and the rest of the world, delivery times may vary from 15 to 20 business days (for emergencies, please contact us before making any purchases).
Shipping costs currently vary based on the destination country and weight. You can calculate this precisely by adding the desired items to your cart and simulating a purchase by selecting the country in which you wish to receive the goods. Shipping is free for all orders over €99 (Italy only). If delivery is unsuccessful for any reason, the goods will be returned to the sender. Customized package
Each package is handcrafted on-site, taking into account the shape, type, and fragility of the items, using a variety of available materials. This ensures the packaging is extremely secure.
Materials
We constantly seek out the best materials on the market to ensure the highest levels of quality and safety. This is why we choose to ship with an innovative polystyrene wine cooler, which is also the best shock-absorbing material that maintains a constant temperature throughout the journey and prevents humidity. It will be just like purchasing it directly from our wine shop.
The delivery
Deliveries are made by courier Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Therefore, when purchasing, please indicate an address where someone will be available to collect the goods and provide a contact telephone number in case of any issues. Upon delivery, please inspect the condition of the package before signing for it. If the package is tampered with or damaged, customers can accept or refuse delivery based on the products purchased.
