A wine with great aging potential. On the nose rose petals and sweet strawberries with deep currants and morello cherries, great characters in the background. The palate is rich and layered with gorgeous, dark cherry fruit flavors balanced by velvety tannins and fresh acidity. Exotic spices, truffles and a hint of dark chocolate add an extra layer of depth and complexity. This very complex wine will be as delicious to drink in a few years as it will age well for another decade or two.
To pair with delicate first courses, risotto and pasta.
