The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose hints of honey and yellow fruit such as lemon. In the mouth flavors of orange peel with a good minerality with an almost bitter finish which is typical of this grape variety. A full-bodied but lively wine.
Ideal with great cheeses such as fontina and mature pecorino.
