At sight it is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is rich in dried fruit such as figs, nuts and candied fruit such as passion fruit and grapefruit. It also has notes of yellow flowers with a saffron finish. The persistence is due to the fantastic acidity that supports it. It can be defined as a masterpiece among the Souternes.
