Verduzzo is a native white variety of Friuli especially for dessert wines. The harvested grapes are dried for 3 months and then only pressed. The production is 18 liters of wine per 100 kg of grapes. Subsequently the wine is aged for 18 months in barriques. The flavor is fruity and spicy with apricots and honey and has a strong supporting structure and freshness. The maximum production is 900 bottles.
