Valentini's Extra Virgin "Lauretum" oil is a highly refined oil, capable of providing its richness and aromatic intensity with just a few drops raw. It has a dense color reminiscent of straw yellow, tinged with greenish reflections. On the nose it shows spicy, bitter and vegetal tones, revealing aromas of walnut, almond, aromatic herbs and rocket.
