A few hours before serving it, the nose is dominated by splendid floral notes, rose and violet petals. The first sip shows more intense red fruit and smoke. Hints of oak and perfectly balanced with the resulting length to be defined as excellent. Fabulous wine with still a long life ahead.
To be combined with traditional Piedmontese risottos and boiled meats.
