The color is an intense red. It releases a subtle, very lively and aromatic nose, with a touch of chalk and red fruits such as blackcurrant and blueberry. There are some references to smoke and oak flavors, mixed with nuances of liquorice and tar. Beautiful purity on the palate, very well defined, complete and elegant, with appropriate substance and well-balanced tannins.
To be paired with important fresh and mature cheeses.
