Cristal Louis Roederer Champagne gold edition 2002

Bottle produced in only 400 copies.
Each bottle is handcrafted by two master goldsmiths and the production duration is four days. The bottle is "caged" in seven meters of brass ribbon dipped in 24-karat gold.
The bottle designed by designer Philippe Di Meo has the characteristic of having no shadows on the bottle.
"When it came to designing this Jeroboam Cristal 2002, all I could think of was the light of the wine protected in a clear bottle that was imposing for its size. No shadow on the bottle, just reflections of the 'sun'."
Cristal was produced by Louis Roederer as well as the personal cuvée of Tsar Alexander II of Russia in 1876.
Winemaker Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon of the Louis Roederer company said the 2002 Cristal is one of the best vintages ever produced.
The color is delicate yellow with burnished gold reflections. The nose is intense with hints of white flowers, citrus fruits and red fruits, followed by warming notes of toasted bread and wood.
