The color is red tending to purple, intense and deep. On the nose it has broad primary aromas of banana and vanilla, followed by red fruits and undergrowth, tobacco, leather and oriental spices. It is a wine balanced in taste, very long in the mouth. Its delicate but at the same time well-defined tannins are almost chewable. A super-concentrated wine, almost a natural grape juice, which derives from a careful selection of the grapes. A work of art produced in only 5000 bottles.
Excellent to combine with meat dishes and very mature and fatty cheeses.
