The color is a splendid and brilliant ruby. The nose is pervaded by pure Dolcetto grapes, extracted here in a sublime way. Fruity, fine and quite persistent, rich in fruit and pulp, it continues in the fruity and sweet tones even in the aftertaste, on the finish there are pleasant toasted notes.
To pair with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and structured first courses.
