The wine comes from the over thirty-year-old Sagrantino vineyard in the Montefalco area. After a careful selection already during the harvest phase, carried out by hand, the grapes undergo a triple fermentation, in steel tanks, in 10 hectoliter truncated cone-shaped wooden vats and in terracotta vases and amphorae, from which three different wines are then assembled according to the vintage and further refined in wood and bottle. The result is a rich, enveloping wine, with intense ruby ​​tones, with hints of blackberry, plum and tobacco.
