The color is compact, concentrated, almost impenetrable. The nose is broad and starts with hints of blackberry fruit jam, then herbs and spices, a clear note of wild fennel, then citrus fruits (lime) and floral hints. On the palate it has great balance, a clear minerality, excellent tannic texture: very elegant, it finishes long.
To be combined with game or venison.
