Of an intense garnet red color. On the nose hints of not yet ripe red fruit and a minty finish. In the mouth it is extremely round with a robust and velvety structure with an intense aroma with flavors of figs and plums. Elegant and with soft and sweet tannins with a very long finish.
Ideal with first courses, game and large braised meats.
