Dolcetto d'Alba Tre Vigne Vietti 2022 0.75 lt.

The color is a splendid and brilliant ruby. The nose is pervaded by pure Dolcetto grapes, extracted here in a sublime way. Fruity, fine and quite persistent (the ripe morello cherry is overbearingly recognisable, and further down balsamic herbs and cinchona) leads us to an extremely balanced drink but what is most surprising is rich in fruit and pulp, compact and soft which continues in the fruity and sweet tones even in the aftertaste, pleasant toasted notes are perceived on the finish.
To pair with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and structured first courses.
