Upon visual examination it appears crystalline, with a light straw yellow color and a fine and quite persistent perlage. On the nose it is intense, complex, fine and elegant, with floral notes such as mimosa and lime, ripe and candied yellow fruit such as peach, apple, banana, lemon peel and toasted dried fruit, bread crust, to which are added hints of peanut butter and anise. In the mouth it is dry, warm, soft, fresh and tasty. In the mouth it is a full-bodied, balanced, intense, persistent and fine wine, with retronasal returns of toasted, savory and vanilla notes. Ready-made wine that still has a great margin of evolution ahead of it.
