Wine cellar of the month: Tua Rita
A story born over thirty years ago, a passion passed on through generations, a tradition that keeps up with innovation and always offers great productions: we are speaking of Tua Rita, the wine cellar that we have carefully selected this month.
Among the many excellences produced by Tua Rita, at the top of the chart we find Redigaffi. Regardless of its production year, it is a triumph of taste and smell that are impossible to forget. This fabulous Tuscan wine, 100% Merlot, immediately releases intense blackberry notes that make it the perfect wine to enjoy with game and cheese. However, it is so special that is could also be considered a meditation wine.
Another great wine is Syrah Tua Rita 2015, pleasantly spiced and balanced. Its complex structure makes it persistent to the taste, and its black pepper and mineral hints are accentuated when enjoyed with red meat or game.
At the top of our chart, we also find the Giusto di Notri Tua Rita 2017. Besides its ruby red color that immediately catches the eye, this wine is also known for its symphony of taste, closely tied to the land where its produced (Suvereto), and certainly persistent. It is the perfect mix of Merlot (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Cabernet Franc (5%), and Petit Verdot (5%).
