The 1990 sports a red garnet with orange reflections visual examination, proves to be very aromatic nose with notes of cherry jam, hay, soil, rust and wet fur. The palate is pleasant and balanced, well structured with alcohol and freshness that combine well with each other, accompanied by soft tannins, silky and round, which shows off his elegant and pleasant taste across the width. Great aromatic persistence on the finish.
To be used with meat and as a meditation wine.
The 1991 on the other hand is a huge explosion of fruit: we can easily recognize flavors of blackberry, tobacco and chocolate. Full-bodied, fine tannins and a long and fruity.
It goes well with game and red meat.
