Verduzzo is a grape from Friuli and is white variety mostly known for dessert wines. The grapes are dried for 3 months and then just pressed. The production is 18 litres of wine per 100 kilos of grapes. Then the wine is aged for 18 months in barriques. The taste is fruity and spiced apricots and honey and has a strong support structure and freshness. The maximum production is 900 bottles.
