The color is deep intense red. It has a seductive nose, with plums, tar, coffee beans and dried fruit. Full-bodied, with tannins with a good chewy support and intense notes of dark chocolate and mocha in the finish. Considered a passito wine, it is very close to a young port.
To be sipped as a meditation wine at the end of the meal or with dry pastries.
