Description
Dark red, sweet and intense with undergrowth fruit pulp, violet, liquorice, nutmeg, mint. Strong and pulsating heart but with a sweet and finely tannic soul. Vinified in steel, fermentation in barrique, maturation in large barrels for two years. First year produced: 1978. Deer fillet.
