This intensely concentrated Syrah boasts spicy notes of ripe fruit such as blackberry and plum with a long finish. Full-bodied, with perfectly integrated tannins, it offers an inviting bouquet that shows off black pepper, chocolate, smoked bacon and a hint of mint. This thoroughbred wine results in a wine of excellent complexity with some sweet toasted oak flavors.
It goes well with lamb, beef, pork, game and stews seasoned with rosemary, thyme and other herbs with a strong flavour.
