This grappa is refined for a minimum of 18 months in stainless steel tanks. The fruit used comes from the selection of apricots grown on the “Il Milin” farm.
The color appears crystalline with an intense, delicate aroma, typical of well-ripe fruit. The taste is soft and velvety.
