Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand cru Bouchard 2021 0.75 lt.

Transparent ruby red in colour, the nose is refined and sumptuous and at the same time rich in nuances of black cherry and raspberry jam, black pepper and cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate, on a delicate vegetal and balsamic background. On the palate the wine is soft and savory, highlighting a flavor texture thickened by well-defined tannins, which portend a great evolution. It fades slowly, leaving the memory of a splendid harmony.
To be paired with fairly important first courses and lamb.
