Description
The color is ruby red with a nose full of strong aromas of blackcurrant, cherries, spices, plum and violet with a hint of herbaceous green. The taste is full-bodied and voluptuous with rich flavors of black cherry, olives, oak and minerality. Dry and well balanced with great finish.
To pair with Chianina carpaccio and delicate red meat.
