The color is very intense and transparent. On the nose it has a strong character, very reminiscent of iron, flint and gravel. Aromatically it brings to mind the smell of barrels. There is also some red, ripe fruit behind the stone scent. A very elegant start, very relaxed but composed, with a bit of fleshy substance that slightly hides the tannins and gives acidity, giving life and definition to the wine.
To pair with red meats and cheeses.
