Of an extreme deep, dark ruby color. The nose is heavily influenced by the extreme youth of all, next to ripe fruit aromas arising from the fact they have matured wood with shades ranging from spices and liquorice, finishing with chocolate. The tannins are still very young. But thanks to the dense texture and excellent acidity balance these feelings come to us damped. It goes well with red meat and pasta.
