Fine rosé wines: from Tili to Fendi, Enoteca Properzio's wine cellars

At Enoteca Properzio, one can find not only red and white wines, but also many fine rosé wines that are famous and in demand all over the world.
Our online wine shop offers the finest bottles of rosé from the Tili and Valentini cellars, which often cannot be found abroad or in Italy.

Of red onion skin colour with soft, nearly violet reflections, unmistakeable to the palate thanks to the delicate tannic flavors that at the end free up a note of mature strawberries, Cerasuolo Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Valentini 2016 is without any doubt among one of the most sought after rosé wines.

Assisi Rosato Bio Tili 2015 is another bottle at the top position of rosés that are highly considered on the international level. It is a rosé that is unique not only for its particularly bright cherry red colour, but also because it is a one hundred percent organic wine. With its flavours of pomegranates and strawberries with spiced cinnamon, it is advised to pair with crustaceans, in particular with crayfish and lobster. One cannot forget Rosato le Corgne Fendi 2016, one of the most famous fine rosé wines in Italy, that behind a pale colour lies a delicate floral fragrance with a scent of cloves. It is particularly balanced between persistency and acidity and is distinguished by this optimum balance. Alie Ammiraglia Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi 2017 could not be missing from Enoteca Properzio, in the .75 and 1.5 liter bottles, it is ideal for smoked fish, especially with salmon, as well as for white meat or spiced and oriental dishes. This rosé wine is characterised by its pale rose colour with peach reflections. At the palate one notes the citrus nuances of pink grapefruit and sour cherries, whereas there is a fragrance of fresh fruit. It is one of the finest rosé wines for tasting preferably at a temperature not more than 8 degrees, with an exception made for Cerasuolo Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Valentini 2016 which, different from the others, can be enjoyed between 12 and 14 degrees. None of these wines exceed the alcoholic strength of 13 degrees.
