Almost of a pink color shading to orange, it has a layered nose with some menthol and spicy green herbs. In the mouth it shows admirable richness with red berries across the midpalate, big acidity peeking out on the finish. It got chewy, leathery ripeness that turn the midpalate tough with some obvious tannin that the fading fruit doesn't quite manage to cover, it feels licorice on the finish.
To pair with cheese and to drink as wine for meditation.
