In the Premier Cru category of Enoteca Properzio, you find the top of the 'made in France', famous and appreciated all over the world. With its bright yellow color and greenish hues, Chateau d'Yquem Sauternes presents a bouquet characterized by dried fruit, including figs and walnuts, as well as candied fruit, such as grapefruit and passion fruit. It undoubtedly falls within the ranking of the best Sauternes and is further enhanced by combining with foie gras and cheeses.

Another not to be missed label is Chateau Margaux of 2015. This garnet red wine has an important and balanced character, unmistakable for the notes of cherry, ripe raspberry and graphite, as well as for its velvety tannins. Ideal to be tasted with cheese and game.
Also falling in Enoteca Properzio’s Premier Cru category is Chateau Lafleur Pomerol of 2010 - with enveloping aromas from plum to cedar, passing through tobacco and spices - and Chateau Haut-Brion of 2011, a real wine for aging, bright ruby red in color with fragrances of red fruit, truffles and cassis imposed in the mouth.
