Made from Garganega grown between 150 and 450 meters above sea level and then dried on straw mats for 40 days, this is a traditionally Soave. The nose is fragrant, with notes of peach, lemon and meadow flowers. Mouth-filling, with an almost-waxy texture freshened by a deliciously mineral acidity. Notes of white fruit, peach kernel and a hint of dried apricot on the palate carry through onto a long and very fine finish.
To pair with appetizers and white meat.
