Slightly aged ruby. Some sediment. Developed and slightly lifted nose with sweet currants, raspberry and sour cherry. Vegetables, meat, bell pepper, smoke. Full-bodied palate with carrying acidity and smooth grip. Big dark berry fruit, chocolate covered raisins, pencil shavings and well-integrated oak. Pretty long finish. Deliciously savoury.
