The color is deep red. The bouquet develops complex aromas such as minerals, black cherry, citrus and spice. In the mouth it is full, the fabric is very elaborate and it has tannins that make it a very elegant wine with great ageing and longevity.
To match with Piedmont dishes such as ravioli with roast sauce or taglierini with truffles, game, lamb and mature cheeses.
