The colot pale yellow, with abundant reflections of youth with a extremely fine perlage. the bouquet is full, complex and reminiscent of sweet white paste fruit, with a hint of boiled chestnut and laurel, jam and candied citrus fruit, elderflower and wildflower honey. The taste matches the nose, excellent density and depth covering the whole tongue. Excellent persistence, and notable volume and crispness, along with complexity and freshness. A sweet and marked acidity suggests its ability to prevail, to please the most discerning palates. Outstanding elegance.
