Dark color, browning rim. On the nose it is very ripe, with macerated sour cherry fruit and raisins that are equaled by earthy. On the palate we find high acidity, very full and rich on the midpalate, very high and firm, very well integrated tannins and high alcohol and glycerine content. It finishes with a caramel oak sweetness and the flavors are pretty muddled. Adequate balance and intensity.
To enjoy with red meat and cheese.
